Description : CAS #: 141-53-7, Sodium Formate (HCOONa) is the sodium salt of formic acid and is in white powder form. Sodium Formate is used in several industrial applications such as a de-icer on airport runways, fabric dyeing and printing processes, leather tanning, buffering agent for strong mineral acids to increase their pH, oilfield drilling mud and etc. There are various production methods to produce it and it is mostly produced as by product of the Pentaerythritol production.

Batzima 2000

Description : Batzima 2000 is a protease alkaline bating agent which contains ammonium salts and buffers and can be used for all kinds of pelts. By applying this product the grain clarity and smoothness will be improved and all excess proteins will be dissolved and removed from the hides and skins.

Promasel G

Description : Promasel G is an ammonium salt containing deliming agent, with excellent buffering properties. It eliminates any lime and transforms calcium salts and any lime blast into soluble matter. Promasel G ensures a rapid and uniform deliming and is especially formulated to provide a compact structure of loose skin parts (bellies) and good fullness with less pronounced veins and exhibits a very fine and clean grain pattern.

Batzima AS

Description : Batzima AS is a concentrated bating agent based on acidic proteolytic enzymes. It is used for slackening of wet-blue and pickled and especially suitable for purchased wet blue re-bating process to assist in producing improved softness, greater area yield and a finer buffed suede quality. It gently opens up the fibre structure and can therefore be used to rectify insufficiently limed splits and to eliminate creases on pickled pelts, caused by prolonged storage.

Batzima SE-2

Description : Batzima SE-2 is a mixture of proteolytic enzymes which is especially formulated to meet the requirements of soaking and wetting of green and salted raw stock. It removes non-structured proteins such as albumin, globulin or native protein.

Prowash W

Description : Prowash W is an anionic soaking and dispersing agent which exhibits excellent wetting and emulsifying properties for natural fat. It is perfectly suited for the washing process of wet-blue and wetting back of crust leather. Prowash W when used in the washing process of wet-blue will exhibit a positive effect on fogging values and can also be used efficiently in washing of woolskins.

Promabel WA

Description : Promabel WA is a highly effective soaking and wetting agent specially formulated to be applied to dry hides and skins. It rapidly penetrates the skin texture and is effective in acidic, mild alkali and neutral environments.

Promalime SR

Description : Promalime SR is a sulphide-free liming agent. It has high reducing capacity and therefore the sulphide dosage can be reduced. It is a well-balanced combination liming auxiliary which produces very well scud loosening and grain smoothness. Promalime SR accelerates penetration of other liming chemicals (e.g. lime and sulphide) and increases lime solubility.

Degrassol NE

Description : Degrassol NE is a specially formulated, solvent-free, bio-degradable degreasing agent. It covers a broad pH-range activity and is best applicable for degreasing of pickled sheep skins. The resistance to acids, salts and chromium is excellent. Degrassol NE is alkylphenol and nonylphenol free and formulated as per REACH standards. It does not inhibit the activity of enzymatic products.

Degrassol PE-C

Description : Degrassol PE-C is a concentrated, solvent-free and bio-degradable degreasing agent. It covers a broad pH-range activity and is best applicable for degreasing of pickled sheep skins and for raw materials with a high fat content. It also improves the scud loosening and results in brilliant wet-blue colour. Degrassol PE-C is alkylphenol and nonylphenol free and formulated as per REACH standards. It does not inhibit the activity of enzymatic products.

Promacide BT

Description : Promacide BT is a PCP-free and bio-degradable bactericide for protection of wet-blue against bacteria attacks. Due to its nature, it's rapidly and equally absorbed by skin surface. Promacide BT is suitable for preservation during soaking, pickling, tanning processes and is fully compatible with other leather chemicals and auxiliaries.

Promacide B-30

Description : Promacide B-30 is a PCP-free and low toxic fungicide especially formulated for wet-blue protection against mould and fungus attacks. It's specially formulated to be absorbed rapidly and equally by skin surface. Promacide B-30 is suitable for the preservation of wet-blue, wet-white and vegetable-tanned leather.

Basic Chromium Sulphate

Description : Basic chromium sulfate is a dark green, spray dried powder which has high tanning power. It is easily soluble in cold water and very soluble in hot water. Basic chromium sulphate is used primarily in tanning and re-tanning of different types of leather including hides or skins. Our product is hexavalent chrome free and can safely be used.

Prosify CB

Description : Prosify CB is a safe, high quality basifying agent used in the tanning industry for efficient chrome fixation resulting in the production of high quality leathers. It is in powder form, low surface area particles, which provides a slow, gentle rise in pH during basification. The carefully controlled particle size distributes the chrome uniformly and it features a safe and consistent performance.

Prositan PK

Description : Prositan PK is an anionic, neutralising tanning agent with high buffering and neutralising capacity. It can be used either alone or in combination with conventional neutralising agents, such as sodium bicarbonate and sodium formate, to neutralise all kinds of chrome leather.

Prositan ND

Description : Prositan ND is a melamine based re-tanning agent which has very good filling action particularly on loose parts of the skin. If used for suede and nubuck, it imparts a nice nap and can be dyed to brighter shades.
