Promasel G is an ammonium salt containing deliming agent, with excellent buffering properties. It eliminates any lime and transforms calcium salts and any lime blast into soluble matter. Promasel G ensures a rapid and uniform deliming and is especially formulated to provide a compact structure of loose skin parts (bellies) and good fullness with less pronounced veins and exhibits a very fine and clean grain pattern.
